The Chocolay River, Iron Ore Heritage Trail and Lake Superior are only minutes away from your front door. Maintenance stays on top of mowing and snow removal and is easy to contact and quick to respond if an issue arises. The office staff is always kind, knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful.
