In 1991, Curran & Company started building apartments and houses to accommodate a need for affordable, good quality housing. Since then, we have built over 100 homes and apartments in the greater Marquette area. With the latest addition of 38 brand new units, we currently have over 260 rental units to choose from.

Streamside at Cedarville is the latest addition to the Curran & Company rental family and just one example of the variety of rentals we offer. Streamside is a SMOKE FREE community inside and out! Our apartments and homes come in all sizes from studio up to 4 bedroom homes. Curran & Company also offers Short-Term Fully Furnished Executive Units for those who may need a place to call home for only a few months.
