You also have 24-hour access to our Cedarville Fitness Center and never have to worry about lawn care, snow removal or maintenance.  We do require a 

minimum annual income of $24,000 to qualify for our Hillside apartments.  Resident pays electric, all other utilities plus cable and wifi are included.
